Preparing students for careers in the agricultural industry by providing knowledge based on real-life experiences. Dustyn has worked in multiple facets of the horticulture industry since 2012, including florists, garden centers, wholesale nurseries, and landscaping. Dustyn collaborates with the Department of Agricultural and Resource Economics on studies of the Connecticut Green Industry. Including economic impacts and employment studies to encourage workforce development in the industry.
