Research Projects/Interests

I am currently working in Dr. Everhart’s lab on a project related to the population genetics and epidemiology of Alternaria brassicicola, a fungal pathogen that causes Alternaria blight and head rot of broccoli. My main focus is describing how populations of this pathogen vary between states, within states, and within the same field.
